Exterior Maintenance: This includes oiling of all wood furniture or structures, cleaning of BBQ, exterior light check, replacing bulbs & performing any repairs.

Pool & Fountain Maintenance: Cleaning, inspection of equipment, repairs & general maintenance.Landscaping: We can provide trimming, weeding, fertilization when needed & revision & installation of irrigation system.
