Thanks to our standards, when you deal with Lifestyle Management Services or Lifestyle Villas, you always know what to expect.

When you book a vacation rental with Lifestyle Villas, the following are the standards you can expect:

The property

  • Properties in secure, affluent gated communities
  • Average value $2 to $7 million
  • Locations exclusively on the south side of Transpeninsular Highway (on the ocean side)
  • Heated swimming pool and/or jacuzzi
  • Central A/C
  • Water Purification System
  • Built-in Gas BBQ
  • Indoor & outdoor dining areas

Kitchen

  • Gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end appliances (oven, dish washer, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, freezer, etc.) as well as a broad range of cooking equipment such as blender, coffeemaker, etc.
  • Stocked with condiments, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, plastic wrap, aluminum foil and Ziploc bags, paper towels, cleaning supplies, disposable plates, cups and silverware, napkins, etc.
  • Tableware for the maximum occupancy for each villa
  • First aid kit

Villa Albatros is a beautiful 3 bedroom 3.5 bath beachfront villa located on the 7th hole of the Cabo del Sol Ocean Course in the gated community of Puerta del Sol. Casa Stephens features 5786 interior square-feet, with five bedrooms plus an additional office and six and one-half baths. All five bedrooms have an attached private bathroom. The master bedroom has a King sized bed, Jacuzzi tub, space to enjoy a relaxing massage and an ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and an ocean view. The third bedroom has a king sized bed while the fourth has a queen sized bed both with garden views.
