Stamm, is a lovely single-story 3900 square foot hacienda
style villa with views of the Sea of Cortez
is located in the gated community of Cabo del Sol. It is
positioned on the 1st hole of the Jack Nicklaus
signature golf course and ¼ mile from the beach.
The 2,800
square foot outdoor patio includes a built-in Viking gas
grill, furniture for lounging and al fresco dining,
private heated pool, and 8-person Jacuzzi.
Tiled
floors and ceilings fans can be found throughout the
home. The formal living room features Borada ceiling,
seating for eight, and a surround sound entertainment
system with large screen satellite TV, DVD, and CD
stereo. Its sliding glass doors open onto the pool and
patio area. The gourmet kitchen includes a 5-burner gas
stovetop, granite island, breakfast bar that seats two,
granite serving bar, and water purification system.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining room, which seats
12.
Each
bedroom has a full private bathroom. The master bedroom
has a fax machine, printer and DSL Internet access. The
master suite also features a walk-in closet, satellite TV,
safe, ocean views, and sliding doors that open to the
patio. Another king suite in the main house has a walk-in
closet, satellite TV, and sliding doors that open to the
courtyard. The last king suite, with safe and satellite
TV, is a separate casita located in the courtyard. The 4th
bedroom has two twin beds, with satellite TV, is also a
separate casita in the courtyard.
